§ 4 Social Plugins from Instagram
(1) We use social plugins from instagram.com, operated by Meta Platforms Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins can be recognized by the Instagram logo or the addition “Instagram Social Plugin”. If you click the “Like” button or post a comment, for example, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Meta Platforms and stored there. Furthermore, Instagram makes your likes public for your Instagram followers. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can assign the call to our site directly to your Instagram account. Even if you are not logged in or do not have a Instagram account, your browser transmits information (e.g. which website you have called up, your IP address), which is stored by Instagram. For details on how Instagram handles your personal data and your rights in this regard, please refer to Meta Platforms privacy policy. If you do not want Meta Platforms to assign the data collected about you via our websites to your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our websites. You can also completely prevent the loading of Instagram plugins with add-ons for your browser.

§ 5 Integration of third party services
We have integrated third-party content on other websites (“third-party providers”) into our website. This always requires that the third-party providers of these learn your IP address in order to send the content to the browser you are using. The IP address is thus required for the display of this content. We have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address (e.g. for statistical purposes).

Use of Google Maps
We have integrated content from Google Maps on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to comfortably use the map function.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy.
